Norm Jenkins

Norm in addition to starting, growing and exiting several of his own businesses has worked in a consulting capacity for some of Australia's largest companies including Lang Power, Huntsman Chemical, Mobil Oil and more recently Pioneer Electronics where he facilitated the reorganisation of their Customer Services Division.

Norm has developed a unique mix of skills grounded in running his own businesses and has built on these in a more formal way through his postgraduate studies in Entrepreneurship & Innovation where he honed his understanding of strategies for value creation.

He is now using this knowledge to assist business owners realise the full value of the businesses they have created or built up when they are sold or put into management.

Joanne Jenkins

Joanne originally from the insurance industry has been involved in a number of family businesses over the last twenty years where she has acted as the Chief Financial Officer. Like many other families, Joanne has also been responsible for the managing the household budget and savings.

Her engaging and personable nature and attention to detail as well as her own experience at running a household budget places her well to work with clients in the gathering of the important financial information and compilation of the money management plan.
